Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FocusFlow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Use License

FocusFlow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Pomodoro timer application for personal or commercial productivity purposes. You may use FocusFlow free of charge subject to these terms and conditions.

This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on FocusFlow without explicit written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FocusFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person, or use the username of another user
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of FocusFlow

FocusFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. We do not warrant that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FocusFlow, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to keep FocusFlow available and accessible at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Advertising

FocusFlow may display third-party advertisements. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, products, or services advertised. Any transactions you enter into with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

User Content and Data

Any data you generate while using FocusFlow (such as session statistics) is stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to this data. We do not claim ownership of any content or data you create while using the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FocusFlow and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
